SRI GOPALASWAMY EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY is a registered society under the T.S. Societies Registration Act, 2001 (Act No. 35 of 2001). Our mission is to make quality education accessible to every community, regardless of caste, creed, or religion.

Core Objectives
Educational Goals
- Promote modern academic & scientific education across all levels
- Provide vocational, technical & oriental education to all communities
- Establish schools and colleges for holistic development
- Work towards eradicating illiteracy in India
Social & Welfare Goals
- Offer scholarships & stipends to deserving poor students
- Accept donations & grants for educational development
- Conduct examinations and award diplomas/degrees
- Manage trusts and institutions for public benefit
Certified: The Association is formed with no profit motive and no commercial activities involved in its working.
Certified: The Office Bearers are not paid from the funds of the Association.
Certified: The Association would not engage in agitation activities to ventilate its grievances.
Constitution & Governance
Key Provisions
- General Body: Annual meeting in March
- Executive Committee: 7 members (President, VP, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer + 2 Members)
- Quorum: Half of total members for General Body, 1/4 for Executive Committee
- Funds: Spent only for attaining society's objects
Amendments & Winding Up
- Amendments: 2/3 majority at a special meeting, confirmed at a second meeting
- Winding Up: Remaining property transferred to similar institute registered under Section 12A of Income Tax Act
- Investment: As per Section 13(1)(C) read with Section 11(5) of I.T. Act, 1961
Declaration: We declare that we will not misuse the name, funds or estates of the society and will run the society according to the rules and regulations contained in T.S. Societies Registration Act, 2001.
